We had a great time at this hotel. Best aspects included the clean and spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and convenient location close to transportation and excellent restaurants. Additionally, parking was easy and the hotel facilities were top-notch.

Although the location was great, we felt cheated by the 40% discount that was never applied. the rooms were decent, but the bathroom was nothing special. the service was mediocre, and the breakfast lacked variety. the view was the best part of the room, but unfortunately, that was the only advantage. the facilities were basic and nothing out of the ordinary.

The views of the ocean from the balcony and the sound of the waves crashing against the shore were breathtaking. The hotel amenities, including the pool and spa, were top-notch and up-to-date. the hotel's proximity to local attractions made it the perfect location for our New Year's getaway.

Our experience was tainted by a few negative aspects. We booked an imperial suite but were given separate rooms, which was a major disappointment.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and couldn't be more pleased! The rooms were comfortable and the ocean view was breathtaking. My family enjoyed the facilities and the proximity to the beach. The food was excellent and the staff amazing. We especially loved the Christmas activities, such as the tree lighting and sing-alongs. Another big plus was the complimentary shuttle service to the nearby area with shops and restaurants.

A mix-up with our room reservation upon our arrival. We had booked an imperial suite but were informed it was unavailable and had to switch to two separate rooms. This created an inconvenience and some confusion. There was also a disagreement about the price reduction we were promised when checking out, which led to some unnecessary arguing. though, the experience was mostly positive and we would consider staying here again in the future.
